We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Customer Service Representative / Data Entry professional to support daily business operations. This role involves assisting customers, managing information, and ensuring accurate data entry into company systems. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or live chat

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders

  • Enter and update customer information in company databases

  • Process orders, applications, and service requests

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Review data for accuracy and correct errors when needed

  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry is preferred

  • Strong typing and computer skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
