About the Role
The Office Manager keeps our San Antonio headquarters running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day administrative operations, support leadership, manage vendors, and route inbound inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and facilities coordination
- Answer and route inbound calls and emails professionally
- Support accounts payable/receivable and basic financial records
- Manage onboarding paperwork and employee files with leadership
- Maintain vendor and subcontractor contact databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of office management or executive assistant experience
- Construction or trades industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize competing demands
