About the Role

The Office Manager keeps our San Antonio headquarters running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day administrative operations, support leadership, manage vendors, and route inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and facilities coordination
  • Answer and route inbound calls and emails professionally
  • Support accounts payable/receivable and basic financial records
  • Manage onboarding paperwork and employee files with leadership
  • Maintain vendor and subcontractor contact databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of office management or executive assistant experience
  • Construction or trades industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize competing demands
