About the Role

The Site Supervisor is our eyes and ears on the ground. You will oversee daily field activities, enforce quality and safety standards, and keep subcontractors moving on schedule.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities across assigned job sites
Conduct morning toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards
Coordinate deliveries, equipment staging, and subcontractor access
Complete daily field reports with photos, progress notes, and issues flagged
Perform quality control inspections at critical milestones
Escalate schedule delays, scope deviations, or safety concerns to the PM

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction field experience
Working knowledge of multiple trades (concrete, framing, MEP, finishes)
OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 a plus
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
