About the Role

The Project Coordinator manages documentation, tracks submittals, schedules meetings, and keeps information moving between the office, the field, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project files, RFI logs, submittals, and change order trackers
  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Assist with permit applications and inspection scheduling
  • Track subcontractor insurance, licenses, and compliance documents
  • Coordinate client communication and calendars
  • Support closeout documentation including warranties and O&M manuals

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in construction, real estate, or project administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written communication and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Procore or similar software experience is a plus
